Tammy Kastre, MD, CMO

Dr. Tammy Kastre, MD is Rescue Me Wellness’s Chief Medical Officer and an emergency medicine specialist in Tucson, AZ with over 27 years of experience in the medical field. She is an alumni of The University of Arizona’s School of Medicine and has served in direct patient care in the Tucson community for more than twenty years in a variety of roles, including as the Medical Director for the Pima County Jail, and as the Medical Director for the Pima County Sheriff Department supporting SWAT, EOD and Search and Rescue. Dr. Tammy Kastre has experience in Board Certified, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Medicine, Medical Education and more. The knowledge and experience she brings to the RMW team contributes valuable insights to Rescue Me Wellness.

Ashley Tsonetokoy, MSN, AGNP

Ashley is an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and has over 7 years of experience in nursing and healthcare. She completed her undergraduate program from The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Nursing followed by completion of a Master’s program in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nursing from Maryville University of Saint Louis. Ashley has worked in both ER and clinical care settings and is extremely kind, attentive, and always has a solution to getting you feeling your best. She also is a Certified Aesthetic Injector and offers our Botox services, both for aesthetic purposes and for physical ailments.

Mariela Carrasco, Paramedic

Mariela has been with Rescue Me Wellness for over 3 years, extending far back as the COVID pandemic when Rescue Me Wellness serviced thousands of Tucsonans with rapid testing services. Mari is a nationally and state certified Paramedic and is currently attending classes to become a Registered Nurse in the future. She is also certified in our minimally invasive facial peel services and CRT testing services.

Lisa Ritter, Owner and Founder, PAC

Lisa Ritter is the owner/founder of Rescue Me Wellness as well as a practicing Physician Assistant with Rescue Me Wellness. Lisa started her career in the fire service and EMS and, as such, is very passionate about the health of our First Responders. She studied at Midwestern University and Syracuse University and has also previously specialized in Neurological Surgery with Northwest Neurospecialists PLLC. Lisa’s over 16 years of experience as a PAC plus her experience as a First Responder make for a unique combination as owner of Rescue Me Wellness. Lisa’s mission and passion is to bring better health and wellness to the Tucson community so its residents can thrive.

Laura Thompson, BA, BSN, MSN, FNP-C

Laura is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of patient care experience. She completed her undergraduate nursing degree from Regis University followed by completion of a Master’s program in Advanced Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix. Laura has been with Rescue Me Wellness for over 4 years and has extensive experience in urgent care settings as well as direct community services. She is also a Certified Aesthetic Injector and offers our Botox services, both for aesthetic purposes and for physical ailments and is specialized in detailed, comprehensive wellness exams.

Jacob Blomquist, Co-founder of AZ MobileMed & Paramedic

Jacob is a dedicated paramedic firefighter with eight years of service at the Tucson Fire Department. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to saving lives and ensuring the safety of his community. Jacob’s passion for helping others extends beyond emergency response; he is deeply invested in supporting individuals on their wellness journeys. Whether it’s providing medical assistance on the front lines or offering guidance and support to those striving for better health, Jacob is always ready to lend a helping hand. His compassion, expertise, and unwavering dedication make him an invaluable asset to the fire department and Rescue Me Wellness. Jacob is also a Co-founder of AZ MobileMed. On Jacob’s off time he enjoys spending time with Family, golfing, and off-roading all around Arizona.
